One time I didn't have bread in the house for two weeks by accident. I ate black beans and eggs and lost thirty to fifty pounds. I wish I knew I had siliac spru before twenty six.
INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS:
Open one can of black beans and put it in a bowl. Heat in the microwave for about one minute thirty seconds.
Prepare two eggs. Suggested methods: Frying them over easy; Scramble them; Whip them in a cup with some milk and put them in the microwave for a one to two minutes.
Put eggs in bean bowl and enjoy!
This helps me feel great all day. I usually can get by with one meal a day, maybe two.
