  1. Sauté garlic and tomatoes in hot oil in skillet until tender, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add prosciutto, pepper, oregano.
  3. Reduce heat.
  4. Simmer until ingredients are blended, 2 to 3 minutes; toss with spaghetti and sprinkle with parsley.
  5. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
