  1. Boil the milk with the vanilla.
  2. During this time, mix the yolks with the sugar.
  3. When the milk is boiled, remove from heat and pour the yolk mixture, mixing continuously until thickened.
  4. Dissolve the gelatine in 4 – 5 tablespoons of hot water and mix with the warm mixture.
  5. Pour in a mold and refrigerate.
  6. Before serving, place the mold in a bowl with hot water (for a second) and turn onto a plate.
