Vanilla Sherbet Dessert

1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened slightly 1 pint pineapple sherbet 2 t. fresh orange zest 1 1/2 T. Grand Marnier liqueur 1/3 cup toasted flaked coconut

In large mixer bowl, combine the first four ingredients; beat just until smooth and blended. Spoon into parfait or wine glasses (I use stainless steel martini glasses for this). Sprinkle with toasted coconut. Makes 6 servings. Tip: Leftover mixture can be frozen. The mixture will be firmer, but is equally as delicious. A wonderful dessert you can prepare in just a few minutes. Make the dessert just before serving,but toast the coconut ahead of time. Source: Unknown
