This quick and easy to prepare vegetarian dish can be eaten with brown mustard.

  1. Cut cabbage into approximately ½-inch strips.
  2. Cut potato in small cubes.
  3. Slice onion.
  4. Place cabbage, potato and onion on a saucepan with 1½ cup water.
  5. Cook vegetables until potato is soft.
  6. Add salt and pepper or any seasoning of your choice.
