  1. In a cooking pan, heat the oil till ready,
  2. then sautee the garlic for 30 seconds
  3. then add the onions till is transluscent
  4. then add the tomato paste
  5. mix all together and keep stirring to prevent from burning

for about 1 minute

  1. remove the pan from the fire
  2. and then add Peanut butter,stir till it's melted
  3. add water about 2 and half cup
  4. add salt,black pepper to taste and bay leaf also
  5. cover the pan and let it simmer.
  6. In separate pan saute the veggies with some oil till tender
  7. and then set aside.Keep checking the sauce
  8. and stir often to avoid burning
  9. reduce the sauce till it's medium creamy
  10. Add the veggies at the serving time, to avoid the overcooking of the veggies.
