Very Berry Cranberry Sauce 1/2 lb. fresh cranberries, rinsed and drained 7 ounces fresh strawberries 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. sugar 1-3/4 Tbs. Grand Marnier or orange juice 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. orange juice 1-3/4 Tbs. water 2 tsp. orange peel, grated 1/4 cup walnut pieces Combine all ingredients in a large Dutch oven and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10-15 mins until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally to crush berries. Remove from heat. Let cool briefly. Cover and chill. Stir in walnut pieces before serving.
