Ingredients[]
- ¾ cup sour cream
- ⅓ cup Italian salad dressing
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- ⅓ cup finely chopped onion
- 1 x 1-pound can cut green beans, drained
- 3 cups cooked rice
- ⅓ cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 3 small tomatoes, quartered
Directions[]
- Blend sour cream, dressing, salt, pepper and sugar.
- Pour over onion, green beans, rice and bacon; toss lightly.
- Chill.
- Spoon into salad bowl; garnish with tomato wedges.
