  1. Combine sugar, vinegar, and water then marinate onions in this marinade for 2 hours in refrigerator.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Combine mayonnaise and celery salt.
  4. Combine onions and mayonnaise mixture.
  5. Serve over crackers.
