Virgin Miami Vice

Ingredients

• 1 ounce pineapple juice
• 1 ounce coconut cream
• 1/2 ounce half & half
• 1 1/2 ounces strawberry puree
• 1 1/2 ounces lime juice
• 1/4 ounce simple syrup
• 1 cup ice (crushed)
• Garnish: strawberry

Instructions

• Gather the ingredients.
• Place the pineapple juice, coconut cream, half and half and a half a cup of ice into a blender.
• Blend the mixture until smooth.
• Pour the mixture into a highball glass.
• Place the strawberry puree, lime juice, simple syrup and the remaining half cup of ice into a blender.
• Blend the mixture until smooth.
• Slowly pour the strawberry-lime mixture over the back of a barspoonon top of the pineapple-coconut mixture.
• Garnish with a strawberry.
• Serve and enjoy!
