Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 cups cooked brown rice, cooked in chicken broth
- 1 cup cooked wild rice
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup beef or chicken broth
Directions
- Cook onion, celery and garlic in butter until tender in small skillet over medium heat.
- Combine with rice, wild rice, walnuts, sage, salt, pepper and broth in buttered 2-1/2-quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 25 minutes.
