Description
This tangy lamb dish has bold secrets: wasabi and soy sauce. But you can afford to serve up a meaty treat with other meals but making your own wasabi will take time and the effort and quality are worth it.

- Tie the lamb chops into a neat, circular shape. This will ensure a good shape when cooked.
- Place in a container. Brush the chops with the Namida® wasabi soy sauce. Cover and refrigerate for only 1 hour.
- Grill the chops under a high heat or pan-fry in a hot pan for about 7–8 minutes turning once or until cooked to your liking.
- Stand for 2–3 minutes before serving with potatoes and your favorite seasonal vegetables, or simply with rice.
