Wayne's Cranberry Sauce

1 cup sugar 1 cup water One pkg. fresh cranberries (16 oz) 1 cup chopped apple 1 cup chopped walnuts 1/2 cup raisins 1/4 cup Grand Marnier Juice of 1/2 orange Juice of 1/2 lemon 1 t. cinnamon 1 t. freshly grated nutmeg

Combine the sugar and water in a large pan. Bring to a boil. Add cranberries and return to boil,then lower heat so that the liquid simmers. Add apple, walnuts, raisins, Grand Marnier, orange and lemon juices, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove pan from heat and let sauce cool. Makes 4 to 5 cups.
