Western Coffee Meat Sauce

1 cup black coffee, extra strong 1/2 cup Worcestershire 1 cup catsup 2 T. lemon juice 1 t. sugar 1 t. seasoned salt 1/8 t. pepper sauce

In pan, mix and stir all ingredients well. Bring almost to boil, then simmer for 1/2 hour. Stir several times. Spoon sparingly on meats before or after cooking. Refrigerate excess and reheat when needed again. May be used on meats sparingly where extra flavor and juiciness, along with spiciness is desired. Makes 2 cups. Source: My Old Recipes
