  1. Combine ingredients and press ⅔ into an 8 or 9" springform pan.
  2. Chill while you make the filling.

Filling Edit

  1. Prepare individually the 3 packages of flavored gelatin using 1½ cups water for each.
  2. Pour into shallow pans and allow to congeal several hours or overnight.
  3. Soften unflavored gelatin in 1 tbsp cold water and add to heated fruit juice.
  4. Stir to dissolve.
  5. Cool.
  6. Beat cream with sugar and vanilla til stiff.
  7. Fold juice into cream.
  8. Cut jello into cubes.
  9. Fold into cream mixture.
  10. Pour into spring-form pan and sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
  11. Refrigerate until firm.
