White Barbecue Sauce

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup white wine vinegar 1 T. coarsely ground pepper 1 T. Creole mustard 1 t. salt 1 t. sugar 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 t. prepared horseradish

Whisk together all ingredients until blended. Serve with chicken. Makes 2 cups. Source: Southern Living
