  1. In large bowl, stir ice cream just until softened.
  2. Blend in the bourbon and rum.
  3. Return mixture to freezer until needed.
  4. To use, turn frozen mixture into punch bowl.
  5. Blend in milk.
  6. Stir slowly with up and down motion.
  7. Float ice ring on top if desired.
