- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups milk, (low-fat)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 cup blueberries
- Mix the first two ingredients together in a medium bowl.
- Beat in the next three ingredients.
- Stir in the blueberries.
- Lightly oil a frying pan and spoon batter on tablespoon.
