Wild Rice and Mushroom Soup Mix

2 3/4 oz. pkg. country gravy mix 1 1/2 T. chicken bouillon granules 2 t. dried minced onion 2 t. dried celery flakes 1 t. dried parsley 1/4 cup instant wild rice, uncooked 1 cup instant rice, uncooked 2 T. dried mushrooms, chopped

Pour gravy mix into a one pint wide mouth jar. Combine bouillon granules, onion, celery, and parsley in a small bowl; pour over gravy mix. layer on rice and mushrooms; seal lid. Attach a tag with instructions. Instructions: Empty jar into a large pan. Add 7 cup of water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 25 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender. Serves 6 Note: Present soup mix in a pretty fabric bag. Just cut a square dinner napkin in half to form 2 rectangles. Fold right sides of one piece together so the fold forms the bottom of the bag. Stitch sides, leaving top open. Turn right side out, place mix inside and tie with raffia. Source: Unknown
