- 1 leek, Sliced
- 10 oz Pkg Mushrooms, Sliced
- 2 Tbs butter, Melted
- 14 oz Can chicken broth
- 5.9 oz Box Long grain And wild rice Mix
In Saucepot, Cook leek, Mushrooms in butter 5 minutes. Add chicken broth, Bring Mixture to a Boil. Stir in rice, Including Spice Packet, Return to Boil, Cover, Reduce Heat. Simmer 25 minutes. or Until Most Liquid is Absorbed. Makes 6 Servings.*
