This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Williams Estate in Tyler, Texas in 1994.

  1. Brown sirloin and onion then drain well.
  2. Mix in rice and place over cabbage.
  3. Pour mixture of tomato soup and water over the top then cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
  4. Stir before serving.
