  1. Trim stems from sprouts and cut an x into the base.
  2. In a small bowl, combine wine, honey and soy sauce.
  3. Over moderate heat, melt margarine in a 3 qt pot.
  4. Add wine mixture, water and sprouts.
  5. Stir and cook, covered, at a gentle simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Uncover and cook another 10 minutes.
  7. Dissolve cornstarch in a small amount of water.
  8. Stir into the pot and cook another 5 minutes.
  9. Remove from heat and serve from a serving casserole.
