- 1 cored and chopped eating apple
- 1 head celery, sliced
- 1 cooked beetroot, peeled and sliced,
- 2 chicory heads, sliced
- 1 punnet mustard and cress, trimmed
- ½ tsp English mustard
- ½ tsp sugar
- 4 tbsp single cream
- 2 tsp white wine vinegar - 2 tsp,
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, cut into wedges.
