- 4 14 1/2-ounce cans
- chicken broth
- 3 cups salsa
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 4 cups chopped, cooked Chicken
- 2 cups corn kernels
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup minced cilantro
- Bring chicken broth, salsa and lime juice to a boil.
- Add Chicken, corn, rice and cilantro and heat through.
