Cuttlefish with 5 tastes
Ingredients[]
- 450 g cuttlefish
- 200 g lettuce
Sauce 1[]
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- ½ tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- ½ tbsp sugar
- some sesame oil
Sauce 2[]
- 2 tbsp mashed spring onion
- 1 tbsp mashed red pepper
- 2 tbsp mashed garlic
- 1 tbsp mashed ginger
Directions[]
- Wash the lettuce and shred, arrange on dish surface.
- Wash cuttlefish and cut into pieces, boil by hot water until cooked.
- Put cuttlefish on surface of lettuce after cuttlefish cool down.
- Mix sauce (1) and (2) and put on surface of cuttlefish, serve.
