  1. Cook onion in butter until tender but not brown.
  2. Add green pepper and franks. Cook 3 minutes longer.
  3. Stir in soup, beer, mustard and pepper sauce. Simmer until thoroughly heated.
  4. Serve over beds of fluffy rice.
  5. Top each serving with 1 teaspoon pickle relish.
