Yabbie Kababs Makes 3 Kabobs for 3 Servings
. Ingredients:
1/2 red capsicum, cut into squares 24 yabbies, peeled 2 slices pineapples, cut into pieces 1 lemon, sliced thinly herbs (of your choice) olive oil
Instructions: On a squer place in order;yabbie, pineapple, yabbie, lemon, capsicum, yabbie, pineaplle ect.
Sprinkle herbs over the kababs and spray with olive oil.
Place under a grill on medium heat for a couple minutes on each side.
