  1. Mix the first group of ingredients and let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove the garlic cloves.
  3. Steam collards in a few tbs of water for 20 minutes.
  4. Add the rest of the second group and mix well.
  5. Spoon greens over cottage cheese.
