- 3 pialas of flour
- a table-spoon of yeasts
- a tea-spoon of salt
- a table- spoon of sular
- 150 g of fat of tail
- about one piala of water
- 2 table-spoons of caswr Sugar.
Directions[]
- Dough is made as for taba-nan only not so dense. Then it is rolled and cut in strips 110-115 g which are rolled to a finger's thickness and twisted in plaits. Their ends are joined and these makings are fried in hot oil and strewed with castor sugar.
