  • 3 pialas of flour
  • a table-spoon of yeasts
  • a tea-spoon of salt
  • a table- spoon of sular
  • 150 g of fat of tail
  • about one piala of water
  • 2 table-spoons of caswr Sugar.

Directions Edit

  1. Dough is made as for taba-nan only not so dense. Then it is rolled and cut in strips 110-115 g which are rolled to a finger's thickness and twisted in plaits. Their ends are joined and these makings are fried in hot oil and strewed with castor sugar.
