- makes 1 cup
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp. minced fresh mint leaves
- 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, smashed and minced into a paste
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Whisk together yogurt, mint, oil, and garlic in a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Cover dipping sauce with plastic wrap and refrigerate until well chilled.
