Yummy easy pancakes.

Ingredients Edit

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Directions Edit

  1. Mix together dry ingredients
  2. Mix egg yolks, yogurt, milk and butter and add to dry ingredients
  3. Whip egg whites and add to mixture
  4. Spoon portions onto lightly oiled skillet until cooked to a medium brown.
  5. Serve with jam, maple syrup or peanut butter and ENJOY!
