  1. Clean, wash and bone the fish (river-perch, ruff, etc.)
  2. Put in a saucepan and cover with water.
  3. To the boiling stock add the carrot, onions, diced potatoes, pepper, celery, bring to a boil, add the salt and boil until done over a slow fire.
