  1. Cook onion and garlic in butter in large skillet until tender.
  2. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, salt, basil, oregano, horseradish and black pepper.
  3. Simmer 20 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  4. Stir in shrimp and cook 10 minutes longer. Serve over hot rice.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese, if desired.
