Ingredients[]
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 x 12½-ounce can tuna, drained
- 1 cup creamed cottage cheese
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ cup grated Cheddar cheese
Directions[]
- Combine rice, tuna, cottage cheese, celery, onion, sour cream, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
- Turn into buttered 2-quart casserole.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 °F for for 25 to 30 minutes, or until heated through.
