Description
Makes 6 servings.
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 12-1/2-ounce can tuna, drained
- 1 cup creamed cottage cheese
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
Directions
- Combine rice, tuna, cottage cheese, celery, onion, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
- Turn into buttered 2-quart casserole. Top with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or until heated through.
