Description

Makes 6 servings.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 12-1/2-ounce can tuna, drained
  • 1 cup creamed cottage cheese
  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper

Directions

  1. Combine rice, tuna, cottage cheese, celery, onion, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  2. Turn into buttered 2-quart casserole. Top with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or until heated through.
