  1. Clean and wash the zuchini, then cut in medium sized pieces. Boil in salt water.
  2. When ready, drain, place in the salad bowl, pour oil, vinegar, garlic and 2-3 tablespoons from the boiling liquid.
  3. Garnish with some chopped parsley and dill.
