  1. Remove the zucchini peel, halve lengthwise, remove the pulp and seeds, and salt a little.
  2. Mix cheese, eggs, 1 tablespoon butter, and 2 tablespoons sour cream.
  3. Fill zucchini with mixture.
  4. Arrange on a baking sheet, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon melted butter, and bake until golden brown.
  5. Pour remaining sour cream over zucchini and serve hot.
