  1. Remove the zucchini peel, halve lengthwise and hollow out.
  2. Mix the meat with two finely chopped raw or fried onions, a tablespoon of lard, rice, chopped parsley and dill, pepper and salt.
  3. Mix everything well and use this mixture to fill the zucchini .
  4. Dredge with flour and fry in lard.
  5. Place in a pan and cover with a sauce prepared as for the peppers filled with meat.
  6. Simmer on top of the range, or better yet, in the oven.
  7. Serve with sour cream.
