  1. Fry the chopped Onion in oil, add zuchini, peeled, seeded and sliced tomatoes, chopped parsley and dill, finely chopped garlic, Sugar and salt.
  2. Simmer, covered, until the liquid is reduced and the zuchini are done.
  3. They may be served hot or cold.
