  1. Brown sausage in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, about 6 minutes.
  2. Add zucchini and garlic.
  3. Cook until tender crisp, about 3 minutes.
  4. Discard excess fat.
  5. Add soup, tomatoes, salt and pepper sauce.
  6. Cook over medium heat until bubbly.
  7. Pour into 2 soup bowls.
  8. Top each with ½ cup rice; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
